corazon 2014A year ago we published our first Study on Individual customers‘ emotions in the banking sector in Spain, 2013 edition, where we identified the emotions which appear in it and we made up a Balanced Scorecard on Customer Experience which allows to manage the banks depending on the identification of proccesses and emotional triggers that hold to a greater extent the results we got from the data collected along 2011.
